Our Process

During our initial consultation, we'll sit down with you to discuss your vision for your project. We'll talk about your budget, what you want to achieve, and whether your vision is realistic given your budget. If you already have plans, we'll review them with you and make suggestions if needed. If you don't have plans yet, we can refer you to one of our trusted architects to help bring your vision to life. For smaller jobs, we can give you an estimate to see if it fits within your budget. Personalisation is key, so we'll ensure that your project meets your specific needs and desires.

Once we have a clear understanding of your vision and budget, we'll provide you with a detailed quotation. Our quotation will include a breakdown of all costs, so you can see exactly where your money is going. We'll also explain any options or choices you have that may affect the final cost of your project.

If you're happy with our quotation and would like to move forward with your project, we'll prepare a contract for you to sign. Our contract will outline all the details of your project, including timelines, costs, and the scope of work. We'll go through the contract with you in detail and answer any questions you may have before you sign it.

Once the contract is signed, we'll start work on your project. Our team of skilled tradespeople will ensure that your project is completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget. We'll keep you updated throughout the construction process, so you always know what's happening.

Once your project is completed, we'll conduct a final inspection to ensure that everything is up to our high standards. We'll walk you through your new space and make sure that you're completely satisfied with the results. We'll also provide you with all the necessary documentation, such as warranties and certificates of compliance.
